# SMS and API blasting

Beyond live chat and WhatsApp, you can run:

* **SMS blasting** — send a one-off text message to a selected audience of contacts.
* **API blasting** — reach customers through your API channel for fully custom use cases: write the message, attach media, pick the audience by label, and set the scheduled time.

Both are available from the **Blasting** section; choose the channel tab, then click **Create blasting**.
