# Labels, priority and status

Keep conversations organised using the controls in the right-hand panel and the top bar:

* **Labels** — tag conversations by topic (e.g. billing, bug) to filter them later.
* **Priority** — mark as Urgent, High, Medium, or Low.
* **Status** — **Resolve** when done, **Snooze** to revisit later, or reopen a resolved chat.
