# Building your first AI agent

You can create an AI agent in three ways, from the Home screen, **Agent Templates**, or the **Flow Agents** section:

* **Start from a template** — pick a ready-made flow built for your industry and make it yours.
* **Build with AI** — describe what your business does and the assistant drafts a conversation flow for you automatically.
* **Start from scratch** — open a blank canvas and design the flow yourself.

Once created, your agent appears under **Flow Agents → Agents**, where you can edit it, test it, and connect it to an inbox.
