Dig into performance over a chosen date range:

* **Conversations** — volume, incoming vs outgoing messages, and response/resolution times.
* **Agents** — per-agent workload and performance.
* **Teams** and **Inbox** — results grouped by team or channel.
* **Labels** — which topics come up most.

Filter by date and download any report for sharing.
