# Overview and live metrics

The **Overview** report gives you a real-time pulse of your support:

* Open, Unattended, Unassigned, and Pending conversation counts.
* Agent availability (Online, Busy, Offline).
* Live **Conversation Traffic** and **Resolution** charts.

Use it to monitor workload throughout the day.
