# Account Settings

The **Settings** area is where you configure your account and tailor the workspace to your team.

Pages are grouped in the navigation column on the left:

* **Workspace** — account details like name, language and support email, plus your agents, teams and security.
* **Inboxes & Routing** — connect channels like website live chat, WhatsApp, Facebook and email, and control how conversations reach your team.
* **Automation & AI** — automation rules, macros, canned responses, agent bots and message sequences.
* **Data & Integrations** — labels, custom attributes and connections to your other tools.
* **Account** — billing and the partner programme.
