# 连接网站在线聊天收件箱

**Website** 收件箱会在你的网站上放一个聊天气泡。访客在组件里留言，消息以会话的形式进入 Mampu AI，由你的团队或 AI 智能体在那里回复。

## 1. 添加 Website 收件箱

前往 **Settings → Inboxes → Add Inbox**，选择 **Website**。设置分四步：**Choose Channel**、**Create Inbox**、**Add Agents**、**Voilà!**

## 2. 填写渠道信息

* **Website Name**：显示在组件顶部的名称。
* **Website Domain**：放置组件的网站，例如 *acme.com*。
* **Widget Color**：气泡和顶栏的颜色。
* **Welcome Heading** 和 **Welcome Tagline**：访客输入前看到的欢迎语。
* **Enable channel greeting**：设为 **Enabled** 后，访客发出第一条消息时会自动发送 **Channel greeting message**。

点击 **Create inbox**。

## 3. 添加客服

在 **Pick agents for the inbox** 下选择负责回复网站聊天的同事，然后点击 **Add agents**。之后可以在收件箱的 **Collaborators** 标签页里修改。

## 4. 安装组件

**Voilà!** 这一步会显示一段简短脚本。复制它，粘贴到每个需要显示气泡的页面的 `</body>` 结束标签之前。页面重新加载后气泡就会出现。**Take me there** 打开收件箱；**More settings** 打开它的设置页面。

## 收件箱上线之后

打开收件箱设置（**Settings → Inboxes**，设置图标）：

| 标签页 | 在线聊天要设置的内容 |
| --- | --- |
| **Settings** | **Set Reply time**、**Widget features**、**Help Center**、**Enable email collect box**、**Enable conversation continuity via email** |
| **Pre Chat Form** | 先收集姓名、邮箱或自定义字段 |
| **Business Hours** | 营业时间和 **Unavailable message for visitors** |
| **Configuration** | **Allowed Domains**、**Enable widget in mobile apps**、**Identity Validation** |
