Beyond live chat and WhatsApp, you can run:
- SMS blasting — send a one-off text message to a selected audience of contacts.
- API blasting — reach customers through your API channel for fully custom use cases: write the message, attach media, pick the audience by label, and set the scheduled time.
Both are available from the Blasting section; choose the channel tab, then click Create blasting.
