Keep conversations organised using the controls in the right-hand panel and the top bar:
- Labels — tag conversations by topic (e.g. billing, bug) to filter them later.
- Priority — mark as Urgent, High, Medium, or Low.
- Status — Resolve when done, Snooze to revisit later, or reopen a resolved chat.
