You can create an AI agent in three ways, from the Home screen, Agent Templates, or the Flow Agents section:
- Start from a template — pick a ready-made flow built for your industry and make it yours.
- Build with AI — describe what your business does and the assistant drafts a conversation flow for you automatically.
- Start from scratch — open a blank canvas and design the flow yourself.
Once created, your agent appears under Flow Agents → Agents, where you can edit it, test it, and connect it to an inbox.
