On accounts where it is switched on, Mampu AI turns your approved FAQs into draft help centre articles, one article per subject. You edit and publish instead of starting from a blank page. Nothing is ever published without you.
How drafts are made
| Topic | How it works |
|---|---|
| Source | Only FAQs you approved in AI Knowledge. Pending suggestions and conversations are never used. See Managing AI Knowledge |
| Shape | Related FAQs become one article with sections, not one thin page per question |
| Timing | Written overnight, ready by the morning |
| Language and category | The portal’s default language, in a matching category when one exists |
| Links | May end with a Related reading list of your published articles on nearby subjects |
Find your drafts
- Home shows Review … AI article drafts while any are waiting; click Review. See Your daily summary on Home.
- Help Center → Articles → Draft lists them with your other drafts, each with one of your administrators as author.
Review and publish
Each draft opens with a block headed Editor notes (AI draft) — delete this block before publishing. It says how many FAQs the article came from and lists what needs your eye:
| Note | What to do |
|---|---|
| Customer questions with no approved answer yet | Add and approve those FAQs |
| Sentences removed from the draft | Removed because no FAQ backed them; add them back only if true |
| Figures the entries disagree on | Left out; fix the FAQ, then add the right figure yourself |
| Facts that will go stale | Dates, offers and prices to re-check on every review |
- Check the facts and adjust the wording to your brand.
- Delete the editor notes block.
- Click Publish.
While the block is there, publishing is blocked with Editor notes are still in the article. Delete the block at the top before publishing.
When your FAQs change
| The draft is… | What happens |
|---|---|
| Untouched | Rewritten in place when new FAQs on the subject are approved |
| Edited, moved to another category, published or archived | Never drafted again; the article is yours to keep current |
| Deleted | The subject is set aside for about a month |
The waiting-drafts limit
When a set number of AI drafts are waiting in Draft, no new ones are written, and administrators get an email (at most once a day) saying how many more subjects are ready. Publishing, archiving or deleting drafts makes room; new ones arrive the next morning.
Not seeing any drafts?
- The feature is not switched on for every account yet.
- The account needs an active portal and at least one administrator.
- A subject needs at least three related approved FAQs.
